HOW CAN HOMEOPATHY HELP YOUR BUSINESS?

If increased productivity and optimum performance are high on your agenda then you will be looking for a means to boost the driving force behind this – your staff.

  • An effective work force consists of a healthy and vibrant team.

  • An organisation will thrive if its employees are motivated to give their best.

  • An individual’s best will be determined by his/her overall state of health; physically, mentally and emotionally.

One way to motivate staff is to demonstrate that you are both supporting them and empowering them to fulfil their potential. A visit to a homeopath is an opportunity to look at everything that is going on in one’s life, and to identify aspects that are not as good as they might be. For some this could be a physical complaint that is a recurring problem. It could equally be the case that a high achiever feels they have more to offer but there is something blocking the full expression of their creativity. To benefit from Homeopathy one does not have to be ‘ill’. Homeopathic medicine addresses the underlying state which predisposes an individual to sickness. By correcting sub-acute conditions that relate more to chronic imbalance in a person’s energy system, homeopathy is not only a form of preventative medicine, but a valuable tool to enhance well-being and maximise vitality.

WILL EMPLOYEES VALUE THE OFFER OF ALTERNATIVE HEALTHCARE?

Many people find that conventional medicine cannot help them. This might be because their complaint cannot be clearly diagnosed, or the drugs they are prescribed are ineffective or have unacceptable side-effects. They may have tried traditional psychotherapy, counselling, or a course of physiotherapy but still find their problem has not been resolved.
As provision for homeopathy is so limited within the National Health Service, those who are keen to try this alternative will most often have to seek out a homeopathic practitioner in the private sector.
As an employer you can facilitate an employee’s ‘intention to wellness’ by providing easy access to a professional homeopath, who is guaranteed to give a top quality service.

    WHAT ARE THE COST BENEFITS?

The financial loss to an employer that derives from staff sickness is a serious problem. The small investment in engaging the services of a homeopath will be offset by the long term benefits to the organisation. A reduction in Sick Pay expenditure and recurring Short Term Sickness Absence will justify continued investment, and ultimately prove to be good value for money.

Chestnuthomeopathy aims to provide a service that best suits your organisation.

    OPTIONS TO CONSIDER

Location - You may wish to make a small room in your building available for the purpose of homeopathic consultations. An on-site arrangement is advantageous in terms of time economy.

'Mondayitis' - If you choose to offer staff a Monday Morning Acute Clinic, you will be actively promoting a ‘get well and stay well’ ethos. When addressed quickly enough many complaints can be nipped in the bud and the duration of such things as viral illness greatly reduced.

Economy of scale – if a number of clients are treated on a single visit to your workplace, costs will be proportionately reduced.

Consultations at Chestnuthomeopathy in Biggin Hill - In some instances, attending the homeopath’s private clinic will be the preferred option (e.g. those on long term sick leave, or staff who need an evening or weekend appointment)

    HOW WILL OUTCOMES BE MEASURED?

To ensure that you as an employer are satisfied with the provision of Homeopathy for your workforce, a reporting system will be established in negotiation with Human Resources/Personnel/ Management.

Progress will be monitored in terms of client satisfaction, resolution of presenting complaint, attendance at the workplace etc. At regular intervals a joint review between Chestnuthomeopathy and Personnel/Management would take place.
